IAADFS teams up with m1nd-set and Blueprint for bespoke GenZ RedY workshop

IAADFS is hosting a bespoke GenZ RedY workshop with m1nd-set and Blueprint to provide association members and other industry stakeholders with consumer insights on the young generation's travel retail shopping behavior.

The virtual workshop will take place as a webinar on Wednesday, May 29, at 10:00 am EST (UTC-5:00). m1nd-set will be sharing detailed consumer insights on GenZ shopper behavior in travel retail, with a specific focus on North American shoppers, across a wide range of themes.

m1nd-set will present GenZ attitudes and behavior, travel and booking habits, performance indicators including footfall, conversion and purchase rates, as well as drivers and barriers to footfall and conversion. They will also discuss touch points throughout the trip, with a particular focus on digital and the importance of AI and VR, decision-making trends such as purchase planning and purpose, as well as price comparison behavior.

Other key focus areas of the presentation include shopping basket details which will encompass categories purchased, share of wallet, as well as promotion and exclusives buying behavior. Sales staff interaction and the importance of sustainability to GenZs in travel retail are other important behavioral trends that will be covered by m1nd-set during the workshop. Blueprint will provide concrete case studies of GenZ behavior across the various themes covered by the m1nd-set insights to showcase how brands are engaging with the younger generation and how these consumers are reacting. The session will end with a question and answer period during which webinar participants will be able to interact with m1nd-set and Blueprint to discuss the insights and case studies shared during the workshop.
