The Duty Free Show of the Americas is a forum intended to bring together IAADFS supplier members with buyers from duty free stores and other qualified buyers and to facilitate business dealings between these vital segments of the industry. Because the show is organized and sponsored by IAADFS, participation in the show is available only to IAADFS members, buyers from duty free stores, other qualified buyers, and authorized members of the duty free trade press. 

Supplier Registration
Show registration for suppliers (including manufacturers, distributors, agents, and wholesalers) is open only to IAADFS supplier members.  IAADFS supplier members may register their employees, brand owners, and duty free distributors only, and all registrations must be under the IAADFS member company name.  IAADFS supplier members are not permitted to register owners or operators of duty free or travel retail stores (or their employee buyers) under the supplier member company. These attendees must register as buyers as indicated in the buyer registration section that follows. Supplier members who know of buyers who would want to attend the show should instruct these buyers to contact IAADFS for further assistance.

Concessionaire Member Registration
IAADFS concessionaire members may register their employees and buyers but may not register their suppliers for the show.

Buyer Registration
Buyer registration for the Duty Free Show of the Americas is open to owners and operators of duty free stores and their employee buyers, as well as pre-qualified travel retail buyers.  All buyers who attended the show within the last three years will automatically receive registration materials for the 2011 Duty Free Show of the Americas.  If you know of a buyer from a duty free or travel retail store who has not attended the show within the past three years, please have this buyer contact the IAADFS office to receive the appropriate registration materials.  Note that buyer registration is not available for individuals or companies that serve as agents, distributors, or wholesalers - these types of activity are considered supplier activity and are subject to the paragraph above regarding supplier registration.

Press Registration
Press registration is available to those companies that publish magazines or other publications that give significant editorial coverage to the duty free industry, and all press representatives who have attended the IAADFS show within the past three years will automatically receive registration materials for the upcoming show. Other press representatives should contact the IAADFS office for further assistance.
