The Duty Free Show of the Americas brings together IAADFS supplier members and operators of duty free stores worldwide and facilitates business dealings between these two vital segments of the duty free industry. Because the show is organized and sponsored by IAADFS, participation in the show is available only to IAADFS members, operators of duty free stores, other qualified buyers, and authorized members of the duty free trade press.

Supplier Registration

IAADFS supplier members may register their employees, brand owners, and duty free distributors only. All registrations must be under the IAADFS member company name. If you have any questions about registration of personnel under a supplier member company's name, please contact our office for further assistance.

 

Exhibitors should pre-register any models, hostesses, or other onsite stewards to avoid delays in the operation of the booth, or arrange to meet these contract employees onsite at the IAADFS registration area to register them.

Concessionaire Member Registration
IAADFS concessionaire members may register their employees and buyers but may not register their suppliers for the show.

Buyer Registration
Buyer registration for the show is open to owners and operators of duty free stores and buyers from the following types of stores: airport duty free stores, in-flight duty free concessions, cruise ship duty free stores, duty free border stores, Caribbean duty free stores, and diplomatic duty free stores. All eligible buyers who have attended the Duty Free Show of the Americas for the previous three years will automatically receive registration materials for the upcoming show. If you know of a buyer who meets the above qualifications, but has not attended the show within the past three years, ask them to contact our office to receive the appropriate registration materials.

Press Registration
Press registration is available to companies that publish magazines or other publications (digital or print) that give significant editorial coverage to the duty free industry. All eligible press representatives who have attended the IAADFS show within the past two years will automatically receive registration materials for the upcoming show.
